Host Camp Masterclass & Coaching Program

Scope of Services

Host Camp shall provide Member with the Host Camp Coaching Program (“Coaching Program”).

Coaching Program includes:

  • Short-term Rental Masterclasses. Host Camp will provide Member log-in credentials (username and password) to gain access to our online courses including Host Camp & Glamp Camp
  • Weekly Video Group Coaching. Host Camp will host weekly video conferences in a group coaching format. Weekly Video Group Coaching will take place on Zoom. Topics covered in Group Coaching will include:
      1. Finding Deals
      2. Market & Property Analysis
      3. Lending & Financing
      4. Interior Design
      5. Operating Automations, Tools & Optimization
  • Monthly Group Coaching Calls. Host Camp will host one (1) monthly group coaching call with Robuilt 
  • Host Camp Community. Member will receive access to the Host Camp Facebook and Discord Community to network, ask questions and collaborate on projects with other Members and Host Camp coaches. 

Communication

The Weekly Video Coaching Calls will take place on Zoom. 

If Member needs to contact Host Camp for any reason outside of the Weekly Group Video Coaching or the Host Camp Community, the Member should email [email protected]

Hours of Operations

Host Camp’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm Central Standard Time. 

Member Performance

  1. Member is expected to stay current and complete all lessons in the Coaching Program.
  2. Member is expected to attend weekly and monthly coaching calls when their schedule permits.
  3. Member is expected to participate in the message board in the Host Camp Facebook and Discord Communities.

Agreement Length

Depending on which package is purchased, the term of Coaching Calls shall begin on the Effective Date and remain in effect for 1 month (30 days) or 12 months (365 days), or otherwise terminated pursuant to the provisions of this Coaching Agreement. 

Access to the Masterclass video curriculum and access to the Facebook and Discord Communities shall begin on the Effective Date and remain in effect for lifetime of the Member unless terminated pursuant to the provisions of this Coaching Agreement.

Payment Terms

Member agrees to pay Host Camp $2,997 immediately for 1 month access or $4,997 for 12 month access.

Termination of Agreement

This Coaching Agreement can be terminated by Host Camp for cause, including, but not limited to:

  • Member becomes disruptive or difficult to work with;
  • Member fails to follow Host Camp program guidelines;
  • Member shares login credentials with unauthorized users;
  • Member fails to respond to Host Camp for two (2) weeks or otherwise “ghosts” the Program;
  • Member impairs or impedes other Members’ ability to participate in the Coaching Program;
  • Member violates the Confidentiality Clause, or any other term and condition of this Coaching Agreement.

No Refund Policy

All payments by Member to Host Camp are non-refundable and final. Member further agrees to waive any right to “charge-back” or dispute payment with his/her credit card processor or bank. Because Host Camp is a digital product, Member further acknowledges that there is no refund whatsoever if Host Camp terminates the Member’s participation or access to the Coaching Program for cause during the term of this Coaching Agreement. 

We are in the business of happy and successful short-term rental operators. While we do not offer refunds, we will work tirelessly to resolve all Host Camp related issues.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Member agrees to treat all information obtained from Host Camp in the performance of this Coaching Agreement, including, but not limited to the online course content, the substance of the video conference calls, Member’s log-in credentials (username and password), and the price of the Coaching Program, as confidential and proprietary to Host Camp. Member shall treat all records, information, and work-product prepared, shared, or maintained by Host Camp and its employees, agents, and representatives in the performance of this Coaching Agreement as confidential and will not disclose this information to any other persons, social media platforms, firms, or organizations by any means.

Release from Liability

Member agrees to hold Host Camp harmless from any loss, claim, damage, or liability of any kind relating in any way to the Coaching Program. In no event shall Host Camp be liable to Member, or any third party, for any loss of profits, loss of business, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Coaching Program and/or this Coaching Agreement.

Testimonial Release

Member irrevocably and perpetually grants Host Camp the right to photograph, videotape, and record Member’s name, voice, appearance, likeness, and/or written testimony along with any material furnished by Member — inclusive of Host Camp Facebook and Discord Communities — in whole or in part, in any of Host Camp’s marketing materials and programs.
